Terms of Service
Effective date: July 14, 2026
Agreement
Think Twice is a critical-thinking training application operated by The Intellectual Library. By creating an account or using Think Twice, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. If you are under 13, use Think Twice only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or school.
Acceptable use
Use Think Twice for its intended purpose: training your own thinking. Do not misuse the service — including harassing other users in social features, posting unlawful or abusive content, attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or reverse-engineering the platform, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
The core Think Twice experience is free. Gold is an optional paid subscription (currently $9.99/month or $79.99/year) that unlocks additional learning paths and features. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and included features may change — if they do, we will give you notice before changes affect an active subscription.
Content and intellectual property
Think Twice — including its lessons, challenges, characters (including Sage), design, and branding — is owned by The Intellectual Library and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. You retain ownership of content you create in the app (such as posts and shared documents) and grant us the license needed to display it to the people you share it with and to operate the service.
AI-generated feedback
Parts of Think Twice, including Sage's coaching, are generated by artificial intelligence. This feedback is provided for educational and training purposes. It may occasionally be imperfect, and it is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Always apply your own judgment — that is, after all, the point of the app.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Think Twice is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Intellectual Library disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using Think Twice or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Think Twice after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
