Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
The short version
Think Twice collects your email address when you create an account, along with the learning data the app needs to work — your scores, progress, streaks, and activity. We do not sell your data. Ever. We use what we collect to run the app, personalize your training, and communicate with you. That's it.
Who we are
Think Twice is operated by The Intellectual Library, an independent publishing and educational company. You can learn more about us at TheIntellectualLibrary.com.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and the basic profile information (such as your name) provided by the sign-in service you use.
Learning and activity data. To make the app work, we store your diagnostic results, challenge answers, scores, XP, streaks, badges, learning-path progress, and similar training data.
Content you create. If you use social features — study groups, discussions, shared documents, friend challenges, or submitted challenges — we store the content you post so it can be shown to the people you share it with.
Payment information. If you subscribe to Gold, payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not store your credit card number on our systems.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve Think Twice: creating and securing your account, saving your progress, personalizing your challenges and feedback, powering AI-guided coaching, processing subscriptions, and sending service-related messages (such as progress reports or streak reminders, which you can control in your profile settings).
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
Service providers
Think Twice runs on trusted third-party infrastructure that processes data on our behalf — including our app hosting platform, authentication provider, payment processor, and the AI services that generate coaching feedback. These providers process your data only to deliver their service to us, not for their own purposes.
Children's privacy
Think Twice is designed for general audiences, including students. If you are under 13, please use Think Twice only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or school. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us through the link below and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences inside the app. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us; we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active use, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a trusted sign-in method and keep your credentials safe.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Think Twice after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
